1 Definitions and Interpretation

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer may be used for withdrawals. Identity verification of the account holder is mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

Only the account holder may withdraw funds deposited into their own account. Deposits or withdrawals made in the name of or from the account of a third party are strictly prohibited. If any suspicious transaction of this kind is identified, ck44 aps may temporarily suspend the account for investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from the bonus may only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 15 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers from ck44 aps are subject to specific conditions. Each bonus has its own rules and expiry, which are communicated at the time the offer is announced. Bonus funds may only be used on the ck44 aps platform and cannot be transferred to another account.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed twice.
• ck44 aps reserves the right to close an account if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members are automatically enrolled in the VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a weekly cashback at a set rate on net losses — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% at Platinum. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games and sports betting on the ck44 aps platform are conducted in a fully fair and impartial manner. If any user attempts to gain abnormal profit by exploiting software errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities, the relevant transactions will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

ck44 aps reserves the right to cancel a bet in any of the following circumstances: incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error; a match being postponed or abandoned; doubt or dispute regarding the outcome of an event.

• Odds in sports betting may change in real time.
• Once a bet is finalised it generally cannot be changed.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection loses the entire bet is considered void.

6.3 Technical Issues

ck44 aps is not responsible for loss of internet connection, device failure or any other technical issue on the user's side. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server or platform issue, the applicable policy will be followed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using ck44 aps services:

• Participating in money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Placing bets or making transactions using another person's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Using bots, auto-play software or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or providing misleading information.

Breaching these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

8 Intellectual Property and Content
